Admin AI Dashboard

The Admin AI Dashboard provides AI usage visibility for workspace admins scoped to a single project. Unlike the Super Admin dashboard, it does not have cross-project access — all data is limited to the project currently selected in the top header.

Project Scope​

The project selector in the top header determines the scope for all charts, rankings, and user detail views on the dashboard. Changing the selected project refreshes all data immediately.

Filters​

Click the Filters dropdown in the top-right corner to refine the displayed data. Two filter tabs are available:

The Project filter tab is not available in the Admin view — project scope is set exclusively via the top header selector.

Leaderboard and User Analysis​

The Leaderboard and User Analysis views in the Admin dashboard function identically to the Super Admin experience, but are restricted to the currently selected project:

  • Leaderboard — ranks users within the selected project by API call volume, token consumption, and approximate cost.
  • User Analysis — click View Details on any leaderboard row to open the detailed activity breakdown for that user, including trigger source distribution, provider usage, and test type breakdown.
